We strive to provide accurate information but cannot be held responsible for errors or omissions, or for damage resulting from community-shared resources.

Site content (text, logos, design) is owned by LB'XMB.FR unless otherwise stated. User-published content remains their responsibility; users grant LB'XMB.FR a non-exclusive licence to display it on the platform.

Note: Trademarks (PlayStation, Xbox, etc.) belong to their respective owners. LB'XMB.FR is not affiliated with Sony, Microsoft or Nintendo.

Users are solely responsible for how they use information and resources on the site. LB'XMB.FR cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damage to equipment when accessing the site or following guides.

Creating an account requires accurate information. Published content (forum, resources, messages) must comply with the law and community rules. LB'XMB.FR may moderate, remove or suspend content or accounts when rules are breached.

Some services (VIP Premium, shop, donations, hosting) are paid via third-party providers (e.g. Stripe). Prices and benefits are shown on the relevant pages. Subscriptions may renew or be cancelled as stated at purchase.

My Space cloud lets you store and share files via links (including temporary ones). You are responsible for hosted content and links you distribute. Do not share illegal data or third-party personal data without consent.
